Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Once you have placed an order with us, we will require your name, and e-mail address. Without this information, we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. Once you sign up you will automatically be added to our mailing list, if you don’t want to keep in the loop email info@ismad.co.uk and we shall remove you.
About leather
Our design may have imperfections which add to the character of our handmade designs.
Being a natural material, leather often presents minor marks which reconfirms that its 100% pure and gives it a perfect vintage look. Thus, be aware that pure leather by its nature has some scars.
Each bag has a different color shade and it might be a little different from given pictures which makes each bag unique. Natural dye and oils in the leather may transfer to lighter clothing and vice-versa at first but will settle with regular use.
Each bag is especially freshly made for so there might be a little different smell of leather. The natural leather scent will leave the more you use it.
The product, pricing, and availability
Due to the handmade nature of our products each design will have its own unique look which means that our bags may be subject to variation in size and color to what is displayed on our website.
Prices are subject to change without notice and delivery occurs an extra charge.
Out of stock items may be restocked so contact us to check when it is back in stock.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund *excluding shipping charge. Items are returned at your own expense, unless damaged, and should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit and if the exchanged item is higher in price the difference would need to be paid.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organization or social network (eg if you own a blog) to material posted on our site.

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Discount codes
a. Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
b. Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
