Online Returns Policy
We really hope you love every Ismad London purchase you make! However, if you decide you wish to return an item, you can do this within 14 days of receipt if the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please note that items which has been personalised / embossed will not be accept for a refund.

If you would like to exchange your item you have 28 days from receipt in which to do so.
Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We will, of course, pay for delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty.
Sale items can be returned by post within 14 days from the receipt to qualify for a refund. Due to seasonal collection reasons, after 14 days sale items are exchange only or a store credit voucher will be granted.
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.
All our products are 100% handmade by our dedicated team of artisans. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, which we believe adds to the uniqueness of a Ismad product. if you believe an item to be faulty we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please notify us in writing within 5 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.
