Returns Policy

In-store Returns Policy:

For items purchased in our standalone stores at full price we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift voucher for any full price merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only within 14 days of purchase and are non-refundable.

Embossed items are not valid for a refund.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All returns & exchanges must be made in the same shop in which the purchase was made and will be refunded via original method of payment. 

Please note:

We are unable to refund items purchased online in store but are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse at your convenience.

Online Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact with original tags, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible.

Embossed items are not valid for a refund.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit and if the exchanged item is higher in price the difference would need to be paid.

Online refunds will be refunded via original method of payment.
