RETURN POLICY

Online Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in our Return form to notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse Ismad London, Unit 33b, 49 Effra Road, SW2 1BZ LONDON.

It can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your return , returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

You can return the items to us  for a full refund excluding shipping charge. Items are returned at your own expense, unless damaged, and should be unused.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us at their original conditions intact with original tags, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit and if the exchanged item is higher in price the difference would need to be paid.

Online refunds will be refunded via the original method of payment. 

In-store Returns Policy.

For items purchased in our standalone stores at full price we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift voucher for any full price merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only within 14 days of purchase and are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All returns & exchanges must be made in the same shop in which the purchase was made.

Please note:

We are unable to refund items purchased online in store but are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse at your convenience.
