Our signature leather bags are not the only thing we offer here at ISMAD. We want to go above and beyond with our customer service offering lots of extra to go with our artisan made products. Here are a few of the extra's we offer.

ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS

We have gift vouchers in the amount of £10, £20 or £50 for use ONLINE ONLY each comes with a unique code which is emailed to you which can then be printed or sent via email to that special someone. 

STORE GIFT VOUCHERS

If you would like to treat someone to something from our Brixton store, we issue store only gift vouchers!

Feel free to pop in and speak with one of our lovely staff who will assist you. Brixton store vouchers can only be redeemed at this location only and not online.

EMBOSSING 

Add your own personal touch with our embossing service! 

We offer a select embossing service on some of our bag flaps and smaller accessories. Ask in-store or drop us an email to enquire about the service as currently its only upon request.

We currently offer to emboss in a natural blind finish as pictured above.

FIXING & SERVICING

As Our Craft tells you we run the workshop that makes our bags so are often able to offer bespoke repairs on our well-loved products. From replacing work straps to new clasps we know these things happen so just get in touch online or fill in a form in store with us at Brixton.

We don't offer a warranty on any of our bags because we don't feel the need, bring any ISMAD bag to us however old and if there is a problem we will provide a solution. Whether we can fix it ourselves or send it back to our workshop we want our bags to last. 

* Heavy repairs can take between 4-8 weeks ** This covers wear and tear not accidental damage, so there may be a fee for some services. *** We can only service our own products.
