All our products are lovingly handmade in Morocco, we source the best leather and the Ismad London family watch over and help our hard-working team of artisan.
How are your product organic?
All our leather is treated naturally meaning that we don’t use any harmful chemicals when treating our leather. Chemicals like Chromium is traditionally used on high street handbags, this chemical is harmful to our artisan, you and the environment.
There’s a different smell to my bag, why is that?
Our leather smells different because we believe in keeping it all natural. We don’t use any cancer-causing chemicals such as Chromium on our products, such chemicals reduce the smell. To reduce any unwanted smells, we simply recommend using your bag, the more you use and love your bag the quicker the smell will disappear. Don’t worry our bags get better with age! :)
How can I care for my new bag?
Like all relationships there needs to be a little bit of TLC (Tender loving care!).
Keep your bag out of rain and damp as it is not water proof- but don’t worry there’s a spray for that! Also, our leather will age over time and to keep it supple rub a little olive / vegetable oil on your bag to bring it back to life.

Can I request no natural markings on my leather?
Sorry, but it’s really the luck of the draw! The natural markings of our leather is something that we feel gives our designs that uniqueness you won’t find on the high street.
My bag is lighter / darker than the online pictures, why is this?
As we only produce small batches of our handmade goods at a time, the colour will sometimes vary. We aim to send designs true to colour but sometimes the colour may be either lighter/darker depending on the natural leather we source.

How quickly will I get a refund?
We normally refund money within 5-7 working days after receipt of the returned item. We apologise for any inconvenience if the process takes any longer than this.
My Ismad London product needs a little repair! Do I send it back? Who will cover the repair costs?
We would love to fix it for you! Please contact email@example.com and describe the issue, including photos where possible in most cases. Wear or tear need not apply.
