Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Ismad will notify you by the way of e-mail when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If Ismad receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

Standard delivery within 3-5 working days £6.50

Express delivery within 1-2 working days £8.99

Please note that during sale times and other busy periods deliveries might take longer.

International Delivery

EUROPE - Standard Delivery between 5-7 working days £15

USA/CANADA - Standard Delivery between 5-10 working days £30

OTHER DESTINATIONS WORLDWIDE - Standard Delivery between 6-10 working days £30
